Consultation and counseling visits are usually one-hour sessions. Visits for Psychological and Psychoeducational assessments usually are longer, and often involve several visits.

Fees are based on the professional time involved in consultation, counseling, completing the assessment, meetings and time for report preparation. An estimate of the total fee is provided during the initial session. There is no charge for a brief initial telephone consultation

Psychological and Psychoeducational services are not covered under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Partial coverage is usually provided by extended health insurance plans with your employer. You will be given the necessary receipts to make your claim and detailed statements will be issued on request.
